The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of the roofing system and other associated building envelope improvements as needed at the DPW Utility Barn. DCAMM Certified Contractors are sought for the following category: “Roofing”. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price.
