The City of New Bedford, Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the Department of Inspectional Services and Office of Housing and Community Development is soliciting sealed bids for the Demolition Project located at 1 Rear Coffin Ave, New Bedford, MA 02740. The work of this contract will require a DCAMM Prime General Contractor. The bid process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. The estimated budget for this project is $1,300,000.00 and the estimated substantial completion date is the end of February 2024. This project may be funded in part by the CDBG and as such would be subject to federal contractual provisions, included in the IFB.
