The City of New Bedford, Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the School Department, is soliciting sealed bids for the Gomes Elementary School HVAC Upgrade located at 286 South 2nd St., New Bedford, MA 02740. The work of this contract will require a DCAMM Prime General Contractor certified in HVAC. This work wil also require a DCAMM filed Sub-Bidder certified in Electrical. The bid process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. The estimated budget for this project is $3,500,000.00 and the estimated substantial completion date is August 2025.
