Description

The City of New Bedford (City) is seeking the services of an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A ½ and as further defined by the provision of this Request for Services (“RFS”), to provide project management services for the Police Headquarters Construction Project. The selected firm shall have demonstrated previous experience in providing specified services to Massachusetts municipal governments.

The fee for services for the OPM will be negotiated by the Awarding Authority and the selected project management firm or individual and will be based on a phased project approach, with a negotiated fee per phase.
