The City of New Bedford Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the Department of Facilities & Fleet Management is soliciting sealed bids for the Quest Center HVAC Upgrades located at 1213 Purchase St, New Bedford, MA 02740. The bid process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. The estimated budget for this project is $250,000 and the estimated substantial completion date is the middle of September 2024. This project may be funded in whole or part by the American Rescue Plan Act
(ARPA) and as such would be subject to federal contractual provisions.
