The Town of North Andover is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform public work utility work to supplement the capabilities of Division of Public Works. The work will include excavation, and installation and repair of Town owned facilities and infrastructure. Work may be performed on an as-needed emergency basis or as planned maintenance.
