Town of Hull, MA (Buyer) is soliciting offers for procurement of radio communications system equipment for pump stations (Goods) in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M. The Contract generally consists of furnishing and delivery of the Goods to Town of Hull, Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1111 Nantasket Avenue, Hull, MA 02045 (Point of Destination). Buyer will furnish a construction contractor under a separate contract to perform the installation for which the Goods under this Contract are being furnished.
The Goods are to be delivered to the Point of Destination and ready for Buyer’s receipt of delivery 45 days after award. All items shall be shipped together and complete in a single delivery.

Buyer may award a single Contract for all items to a responsible and eligible Seller offering to furnish the Goods and Services at the lowest price.
