24-0047 - Granular Activated Carbon

The Town of West Springfield invites bids from suppliers to furnish and deliver to the West Springfield Water Division, approximately 360,000 pounds of virgin GAC to the West Springfield water treatment facility, at 506 Shaker Road, in Westfield, Massachusetts.  The successful bidder must also collect approximately 360,000 pounds of spent GAC, as needed from the West Springfield water treatment facility, at 506 Shaker Road, in Westfield, Massachusetts over a three year period if contract is renewed twice on its anniversary date.
