Description

The Town of West Springfield is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the installation of Town furnished Playground equipment and rubber tile safety surfacing at 4 locations: Tatham Elementary School, Fausey Elementary School, Cooks Park and the Morgan Road Pavilion. The estimated cost for this project is $575,000.00.

All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project. Federal Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the United States Department of Labor under the Davis-Bacon Act also apply to this project.
