Description

The Town of West Springfield is seeking sealed bids from qualified general contractors for 429 Morgan Road Elevator (IFB #23-0011). Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, section 44A through 44J as amended by Chapter 193 of the Acts of 2004. Wages are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §26 to 27H inclusive
