Sealed Bids for Ohio Avenue Water Main Replacement, Town Bid No. 21-0001, West Springfield, MA will be received by the Department of Public Works at the West Springfield Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, Massachusetts until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on August 18, 2020, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. If the Governor’s Order imposing limitations on the number of people that may gather still exists OR the Municipal Office Building is closed to the public, no bidders will be allowed to physically attend the bid opening.
