Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, endorsed with the name and business address of the bidder and marked BID#21-0013- Park Street and Park Avenue Complete Streets Improvements Project, delivered personally or by mail, on or before 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 to: Robert Colson, DPW Director, Town of West Springfield, Municipal Office Building, Municipal Finance Office, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA. No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and time. Bid may aslo be posted on BidnetDirect.com If the Governor’s Order imposing limitations on the number of people that may gather still exists OR the Municipal Office Building is closed to the public, no bidders will be allowed to physically attend the bid opening.
