Description

The Town of West Springfield, through its Central Maintenance Department, is seeking sealed bids from HVAC DCAMM certified contractors to replace and upgrade the air conditioning in twelve York DX split systems at the West Springfield Middle School.

Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149. Wages are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §26 to 27H inclusive. Federal Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the United States Department of Labor under the Davis-Bacon Act also apply to this project.
