Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by the City Clerk of Pascagoula, Mississippi, at his office in City Hall, during legal office hours until 4:00 P.M. on Monday, February 22, 2016, at which time they will be opened for:
Pyrotechnical Display for Fourth of July Celebration
All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City Clerk of the City of Pascagoula, Mississippi. If a proposal is submitted by mail, the post office address of the City Clerk is P. O. Drawer 908, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39568-0908. If a proposal is hand-delivered, the street address is 603 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567-4220.
All proposal envelopes shall be marked "FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS SHOW, TO BE OPENED Monday, February 22, 2016, at 4:00 P.M.", and if any envelope is not so marked, any proposal contained therein will not be considered. All proposal envelopes must contain the proposer’s name and mailing address on the face of the envelope and also specify the name of the proposal item.

The City reserves the right to evaluate all proposals, waive any technicalities or informalities, reject any or all proposals, and further specifically reserves the right to make the award in the best interest of the City. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the above proposal opening date.
