2024-15 - RFQu 2024-15 Department on Aging Central Kitchen Remodel

The intent and purpose of this request for qualifications (RFQu) is to establish a contract through competitive sealed bid on behalf of the Bay County Department on Aging is soliciting sealed qualifications from a licensed certified contractor to renovate the Department on Aging’s central kitchen.  This will include but is not limited to construction/renovation services and overall project implementation to satisfy the County’s requirement for a fully usable central kitchen for Department on Aging in Bay County, Michigan,
The Contractor shall be responsible for complete construction including permitting, licensing, utilities, facilities engineering, electrical service, HVAC, hood/vent system, and all other work associated with complete construction. The current Department on Aging central kitchen consists of a 2,500 square foot building constructed approximately eight (8) years ago. The building, although well maintained, is currently in need of improvements to the immediate site area. These improvements are needed to expand the facility to meet the ever-changing needs of Bay County’s growing senior population.
