Description

The Township of Bloomfield, Michigan is accepting sealed bids from qualified professional firms to perform a pool resurfacing project located at the Senior Service Center. The pool is located indoors and is approximately 34x38x4. The work is to be performed and completed within the month of December 2024. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the following Request for Bids (RFB). The Township reserves the right to modify the size of the project to accommodate funds. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the Township until an agreement has been executed.

There will not be a pre-bid meeting; however, the Township strongly encourages a site visit to inspect the project area prior to bidding, please contact Katie Fotherby at (248) 723-3501 to schedule a time to do so.

The purpose of this RFB is to request sealed bid proposals from qualified parties presenting their qualifications, capabilities and costs to perform a pool resurfacing project.
Proposals shall be submitted no later than 2:00 pm, Monday, October 7th to:

Two (2) original hard copies of the proposal shall be submitted. The proposal should be firmly sealed in an envelope, which shall be clearly marked on the outside, “2024 Pool Resurfacing”. Any proposal received after the due date cannot be accepted and will be rejected and returned, unopened, to the proposer. Proposer may submit more than one proposal provided each proposal meets the functional requirements.
