ITB-NM-Lighting - T12 to T8 Lighting Upgrade

Summary of Specifications:
The Charter Township of Bloomfield, is seeking qualified firms to perform work to upgrade existing T12 lighting to T8 lighting with electronic ballasting on five (5) Township-owned facilities. 

The contractor, shall install a T8 lighting system with electronic ballasts to replace the current T12 lighting at the Bloomfield Township Hall, Animal Shelter, Cable Building, Fire Station #3 and Fire Station #4. This project may consist of one of two options, retrofits or complete fixture replacement and the project shall be completed in accordance with the specifications contained in Attachment A - Lighting Specifications. In addition, the project will be coordinated with the replacement of a suspended ceiling in one office area.
