Description

The project consists of the necessary renovations and alterations required to construct an Outdoor Storage Addition at the Township Senior Center.

Mandatory alternates for a new concrete walk from the new Outdoor Storage addition to an existing asphalt pathway and an RFP door and aluminum in lieu of an HM door and frame are required.

The construction of the storage tower with all associated material and equipment identified on the drawings and/or required for a complete operational system is required.

Each sealed Proposal shall be marked “Bid for Charter Township of Clinton Senior Center Outdoor Storage addition and shall have attached a Bid Bond as described in the Bidding Documents in an amount equal to 5% of the bid amount.

Sealed Bid Proposals for the Senior Center Outdoor Storage Addition for the Charter Township of Clinton Offices, Macomb County, Michigan will be received by the Clerk of Clinton Township, 40700 Romeo Plank Road, Clinton Township, Michigan 48038-2942 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, October 5, 2017, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.

Bidding Documents will be available for downloading on the MITN/BidNet Direct site on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. Should a hard copy be desired, one may be purchased for $75.00 from the Architect for each set so obtained. Drawings will be available on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. Checks to be made payable to Wakely Associates, Inc.
