Summary of Specifications:
The Charter Township of Clinton seeks sealed bids from state licensed contractors for demolition of (2) township owned residential buildings. Bids must include both properties. 

Demolition addresses and requirements are available from the Building Department at 40700 Romeo Plank Rd., Clinton Twp., MI 48038 or online at www.clintontownship.com. Click on Bldg. Dept. 

Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Clerk's Office located at 40700 Romeo Plank Rd., Clinton Twp. The bids will be publicly opened shortly thereafter. All bids must be signed and dated including approximate completion time. 

The Charter Township of Clinton herewith expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidder's proposal as it may determine to be necessary and appropriate in the best interest of the Township.
