Emergency Board-Up List - 2016
The Clinton Township Department of Fire-Rescue-EMS is seeking contractors to be placed on an “emergency” board-up list for 2016. Read carefully through the attached Department Policy to give an overview of what would be required of your company.
Procedure for Application – Emergency Board-Up Contractors
Application to be considered to be on the Fire Department’s Emergency Board-Up list can be fulfilled by supplying, which may include copies of certificates and licensure, all requirements in heading 4.0 “Contractor Eligibility” of the policy previously provided. This includes supplying the necessary paperwork in subheadings:

Additional Requirement: Statement that the contractor will provide the Fire Department a key to the property upon board-up completion (if it applies to the particular scope of work).
All documentation must be included in the hard copy packet or the packet will be disqualified. No more than six (6) vendors will be chosen from the packets received.
The documentation must be received prior to 10:00 a.m., December 1, 2015, to the attention of the following:
