Sealed Bids for GM Pathway & Brown Road Improvements will be received at the office of the Charter Township of Orion until 10:00 am local time, on April 25, 2025, by the office of the Clerk
located at 2323 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, MI 48360. The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: Construction of 3.3 miles of hot mix asphalt shared use pathway, 1 mile of roadway pavement replacement, pavement widening, sidewalk ramp upgrades, curb & gutter, storm sewer, traffic signals, pedestrian signals, pavement markings, signing, and restoration.
The issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the office of the ENGINEER, Orchard, Hiltz, & McCliment, Inc., d/b/a OHM Advisors. Bidding documents may be examined at the following

Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid.
The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids.
No pre-bid meetings are scheduled for this project.
