The Charter Township of Plymouth (also referred to as "the Township") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Facility Janitorial Services. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work (or services). During the evaluation process, the Township reserves the right where it may serve the Township’s best interest to request additional information or clarification from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. At the discretion of the Township, firms submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation. It is anticipated the selection of a firm will be completed by Tuesday, February 1, 2022. An Agreement for services will be required with the selected Contractor. A copy of the Agreement is contained herein for reference. Contract services will commence upon execution of the service agreement by the Township.

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the Township until an agreement has been executed.
