A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom Conference Call on Thursday, April 15, 2021. Representatives of OWNER and ARCHITECT/ENGINEER will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. ARCHITECT will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as ARCHITECT considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.

Bids will be received by the Charter Township of Redford in the following ways:

Mail: By mailing the completed forms to Redford Township, 15145 Beech Daly Road, Redford, MI 48239, to the attention of the Clerk’s Office. It is the Bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure his Sealed Bid is received before the date and time of bid opening noted above.

In Person: Deliver the completed forms to the drop box located outside the Redford Township Hall at 15145 Beech Daly Road, Redford, MI 48239. Bidder has the option to call the number on the entry door for a person to come out to receive the bid. Due to COVID-19, Redford Township Hall may be closed to the general public. It is the Bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that his Bid is received before the date and time of bid opening noted above.
