Project overview Demolition of the existing fire station located between the existing courthouse and existing township office building is scheduled to be completed by July 20, 2018. The scope of this project includes expansion of the existing courthouse into the space previously occupied by the fire station (approximately 6,850 s.f.), and renovation of the existing courthouse (approximately 9,450 s.f.). Requirements for submitting qualifications 1. Been in business for a minimum of ten (10) years 2. EMR of 1.0 or less 3. Bonding capacity of $5M for single project 4. Have completed three (3) municipal projects (i.e. court, police, fire, city hall, DPW facility) in past ten years. Submittal process 1.
