Sealed proposals will be received by the Charter Township of Shelby at the office of the Clerk, 52700 Van Dyke, Shelby Township, MI 48316 until 2:00 p.m. local time (EST) on September 14, 2017 for construction of this project, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
