A Bid shall be received no later than April 7, 2025 by 1:00pm, located at the Charter Township of Washington, Att: Clerk's Office, 57900 Van Dyke Rd. Washington Twp., MI 48094 and shall be enclosed in a plainly marked package with the Project title (and, if applicable, the designated portion of the Project for which the Bid is submitted), the name and address of Bidder, and shall be accompanied by the Bid security and other required documents. If a Bid is sent by mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope containing the Bid shall be enclosed in a separate package plainly marked on the outside with the notation “BID ENCLOSED.” A mailed Bid shall be addressed to the location indicated in the advertisement or invitation to bid. In addition to the sealed paper bids, bidders are required to submit two (2) USB flash drives containing an electronic copy of their complete bid proposal and supporting documentation.
Bids will be opened publically immediately proceeding the deadline date and time. A Bid tabulation of the amounts of the base Bids and major alternates, if any, will be made available to Bidders after the opening of Bids.
Bids received after the date and time prescribed for the opening of bids, or not submitted at thecorrect location or in the designated manner, will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidder unopened.
