Questions received after this time will not be answered. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm.
All Bidding Documents and addenda will be available on BidNet starting March 3, 2022. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Sealed Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided in the Bid Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, payable to the Charter Township of Commerce.
Each Bidder agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, Engineer, and their respective Employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any Bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all base or alternative Bid items of work, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities, therein when such waiver is in the interest of the Owner, and to award the Contract to other than the low Bidder.
