This project will involve the complete renovation of the existing park facilities including the following: Remove approximately 3806 syds of existing asphalt pavement from the existing parking lot, tennis court, basketball court, and pathways; place an approximate total of 4644 syds of asphalt pavement for the parking lot, tennis court, enlarged basketball court and pathways; remove four (4) existing light poles, add two (2) new light poles with fixtures including restoration of power; removal of the existing perimeter tennis court fence, fence posts, and footings; removal of two existing tennis court nets, posts, and footings; placement of one tennis court net, posts and footings, two (2) pickleball court nets, posts, and footings; construction of 601 LF of 10’ high black vinyl-coated fence for the perimeter and interior court separation fences; placement of two (2) new basketball posts, backboards, and footings; application of new play surfaces & striping for one tennis court, two pickleball courts and one basketball court; application of parking lot striping; and other miscellaneous work.
