This bid is for both a project and an Alternate #1 project.
The main project consists of complete milling, base repair, and replacement of all existing pavement for Boyer Street including approximately 1,400 feet in length, 2,800 square yards of HMA removals, 2,223 square yards of geogrid stabilized repairs, and 702 tons HMA placed in two lifts to 4.5 inches. Main project work also to include raising the road approximately two feet in one section, driveway repairs, grading, storm system improvements, and other restorations needed for a complete project to be done while maintaining traffic as coordinated with Commerce Township.
The Alternate #1 project consists of complete milling, base repair, geogrid installation, and replacement of asphalt, and driveway approaches, only. Alternate #1 includes approximately 2,800 square yards of HMA removal, 2,223 square yards of geogrid stabilized repairs, 702 tons of HMA placed in two lifts to 4.5 inches, other restorations needed for a complete project to be done while maintaining traffic as coordinated with Commerce Township.
