The Project consists of approximately 1629 LF of 3” HDPE SDR 11 & 510 LF of 2” HDPE SDR 11 sewer forcemain installed by directional drill, 64 LF of CL 54 sewer pipe forcemain installed by open cut; 10 LF of 6” PVC SCR sewer pipe forcemain installed by open cut & all associated appurtenances; 2 connections to existing 30” sanitary; 187.5 SYDs of HMA surface removal: 40.8 TONS of hand patching; and 80 TONS of 21AA stone base.

Sealed Bids for the Lagoon St. & Point St. Sanitary Sewer Project (#20153.00) will be received, by the Charter Township of Commerce, until 3:30PM local time on a Bid Opening date of Thursday, August 25, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Any Bids received after said Bid Opening date and time will not be valid or opened and will be returned to the Bidder.
