Sealed Bids for the Library CDBG Pathways Project (#20003.00) will be received, by the Charter Township of Commerce Clerks Office, until 4:30PM local time on a Bid Opening date of Thursday, July 1, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Any Bids received after said Bid Opening date and time will not be valid or opened and will be returned to the Bidder.

ATTENTION This is a Federally Funded project: The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24 CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act.
