Sealed Bids for the Newton Road Force Main & Low Pressure Sewer Project (#19359.00) will be received, by the Charter Township of Commerce (Clerks Office 2009 Township Drive, Commerce Township, MI 48390) until 4:00PM local time on a Bid Opening date of Thursday, December 5, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Any Bids received after said Bid Opening date and time will not be valid or opened and will be returned to the Bidder.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00PM local time on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the Commerce Township Hall Main Board room. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Sealed Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided in the Bid Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, payable to the Charter Township of Commerce.
