Description

The Charter Township of Waterford (“Township”) is requesting sealed proposals/bids from qualified contractors to collect, transport, and dispose of solid waste, recyclable materials, and yard waste from residential properties in the Township with curbside collection as a single designated hauler commencing January 1, 2020, as described in the Project Specifications. Those Specifications, that are part of the Project Bid Notices and Documents, are on file in the Township Clerk’s office and may be accessed and obtained on the Township’s website, www.waterfordmi.gov, for the Township Clerk’s office under the category of Bids.

Required Bid Documents. For a Bid to be considered complete, one (1) original and ten (10) copies of all of the following shall be submitted in a single sealed envelope:
1.             The fully and accurately completed, signed and notarized attached Bidder Information Form and Affidavit, with all required attachments and a certification that Bidder is not an “Iran linked business” as defined in the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, Public Act No. 517 of 2012, as amended.
2.             The fully completed and signed attached Bid Price and Proposal Form.
3.             A Bid Bond in the amount and form described in this Notice.
4.             (a) Certificate(s) of Insurance confirming the Bidder’s ability to satisfy the Insurance Requirements, or
                (b) A written request for modification of one or more of the Insurance Requirements accompanied by
                      Certificate(s) of Insurance documenting the Bidder’s existing insurance coverages.
