Summary of Specifications:
This project quote shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to sealcoat the Senior Walking Path with Seal Master asphalt product PMM – Polymer Modified Master Seal – Asphalt and Blacktop Sealcoating. The contractor shall follow the Master Seal technical specifications and installation recommendations for the specified product. A minimum of two (2) application of the PMM – Polymer Modified Master Seal are required.
