RFP-CB-02 - Fencing at Pollard Park Baseball Fields

Summary of Specifications:
Remove and install new silver cyclone fencing to the 4 baseball diamonds at Pollard Park. Current fencing must be removed. 

Contractor must be licensed, insured, bonded and any permits required must be obtained. Contractor can schedule appointment to meet with Parks & Recreation representatives to walk property where fence will be installed. 

Installation will be determined based on park operations and weather and will be agreed upon with the Township and winning bidder. 

All proposals become property of Chesterfield Township upon submission. The cost of preparing, submitting and presenting a proposal is the sole expense of the proposer. Revisions to the RFP will be mailed to all those who received original document. Chesterfield Township reserves the right to modify any technical and submission requirements associated with the RFP. Chesterfield Township also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to award contract in whole or part, if this is held to in the best interest of Chesterfield Township.
