RFP-CB-01 - Fencing at Pollard Park

Summary of Specifications:
Install approximately 1500 feet of 6ft high black vinyl coated fencing with black poles at Pollard Park. Contractor must be license, bonded and insured. Contractor is required to schedule Miss Dig prior to installation and any permits required must be obtained prior. Contractor must also contact Semco Gas Co., Consumers Energy Co, and DTE Energy Co because of existing high pressure gas mains on the property. A 72 hour dig start notification to companies is required. Contractor is required to measure distances for fencing and provide measurements to the township. Contractor can schedule a time to meet with Parks & Recreation or DPW representatives to walk the property where fence will be installed. Installation will be determined based on park operations and weather will be agreed upon with the Township and winning bidder. All proposals become the property of Chesterfield Township upon submission. The cost of preparing, submitting, and presenting proposal is the sole expense of the proposer. Chesterfield Township reserves the right to modify any technical and submission requirements associated with the RFP. Chesterfield Township also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to award bid in whole or part, if this is held to in the best interest of Chesterfield Township.
