Type: Improve the grade and playing surface of 5 fields at Pollard Park. All bids should include the following specifications. Any additional items the contractor believes are necessary should be marked with an * and labeled additionally recommended. 

Requests: 

1. Bidder must submit complete quote for the work to be completed to include the following components: a. Survey b. Field Layout c. Sod Cut d. Sod Removal e. Rough Grade f. Distribute Material g. Till fields h. Laser Grade i. Top Dressing j. Finish Work k. Clean Up l. Spoils removed from site m. Incorporate current material with a Red Clay material. 2. Details of the job should include: a. Perform infield topography b. Measure and mark field for trimming c. Trim grass edges d. Clean field e. Laser Grade skin using existing material f. Top Dress fields with appropriate material at approximately 20 tons g. Till into existing surface at 3 inch depth h. Install red clay material of companies choosing to bring fields up to grade i. Re-Laser grade fields j. Check bases for square and relocate as needed k. Groom and ready fields for play. 3. Quote Details: Quote details should include amount for labor, material type used, quantity, and cost per ton. 4. All work must comply with Township regulations. 5. Installation schedule to be provided and agreed upon with bid winner and Township based on park operations and weather. 6. All bids must include a date the quote is valid until.
