RFP-834 - 415 W. Washington Environmental Investigation

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a qualified firm to conduct ASTM Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and a building hazardous materials survey at a city�]owned property at 415 West Washington. The work will include assessment of the extent and magnitude of environmental concerns and recommendations for remediation of the property. Results of such investigation will be utilized by the City as it considers reuse of the property. The City of Ann Arbor is a member of the Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority and is a core community.
