Summary of Specifications:
The Ann Arbor Housing Commission, 727 Miller Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 is soliciting proposals from qualified independent auditors for three separate annual audits of its Public Housing, Leased Housing and related programs for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2009, 2010 and 2011. These audits will be performed following the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984 in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller of the United States.
