Summary of Specifications:
At the request of an authorized representative of the City of Ann Arbor Police Department, Contractor shall respond to remove any dead animal located on Public Property, which poses an immediate threat to health, safety or welfare of the City’s residents. After removing the dead animal the Contractor shall properly dispose of it in accordance with applicable Michigan rendering laws.
