ITB-4149 - BARTON DAM CONCRETE REPAIRS

Summary of Specifications:
Work to be done shall include, but not be limited to, the repair of deteriorated concrete on various components at the Barton Dam including the downstream crest beams, sloped apron, piers,abutments, retaining wall and other miscellaneous areas. The project shall include the construction of an access system and dewatering bulkheads to facilitate the work, demolition, concrete and formwork, reinforcing steel work, restoration, and all related work. Additional Requirements: The following requirements shall apply to the Contract for the work of this project and to all subcontracts thereunder: 1) Drinking Water Revolving Fund Requirements; 2)Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Specifications and Forms; 3) Project Wage Determination (under the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended, and related statutes); 4) Equal Opportunity Clause (Executive Order 11246). The successful bidder shall fully comply with all of these special provisions and shall be responsible to ensure compliance with same by all of his subcontractors.
