Description

The City of Ann Arbor's Procurement Office is soliciting bids for the purchase of bituminous
patching materials based on the specifications provided herein. The pricing provided for this ITB
shall be firm for two (2) years. Upon mutual agreement between the City and the vendor the
pricing provided in this ITB may be extended for one (1) additional year not to exceed three (3)
years in total.
