The City of Ann Arbor is seeking the services of a company to assist CTN (Community Television Network) staff in designing, purchasing and installing an upgrade to the CTN master control from where the four (4) access channels are cablecast and streamed by CTN staff. CTN staff have researched channel servers and believe Tightrope Media System’s Cablecast and Carousel systems will be the best solution. The selected company will design the new playback system with input from CTN staff, and will have the new system purchased and installed by mid-January 2019.
