A mandatory pre-bid conference for this project will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Ann Arbor’s Water Resource Recovery Facility located at 49 Old Dixboro Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Failure to attend the meeting and sign the sign-in sheet at the pre-bid meeting will automatically disqualify a bidder from submitting a valid bid.
Any bid submitted by a party not attending and signing the sign-in sheet at the pre-bid meeting will not be opened or considered. Administrative and technical questions regarding this project will be answered at this time. The pre-bid meeting is for information only. Any answers furnished will not be official until verified in writing by the Financial Service Area, Procurement Unit. Answers that change or substantially clarify this bid will be affirmed in writing. Copies will be posted online at the BidNet.com web site.
An agency may not bring more than two persons to the pre-bid meeting. It is strongly suggested that one of the two people in attendance for an agency be the intended primary contact for the agency if the contract is awarded to that agency. The conference room meeting will be followed by a facility walk thru. Access to the City of Ann Arbor’s Water Resource Recovery Facility will not be made available at any other time.
