Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm or firms to provide professional consulting engineering services for Construction Inspection Services. It is anticipated that Inspection Services will include both private development work and capital projects with city and/or state and/or federal funding. A multi-year agreement (one-year, with an option to extend up to two additional years) is proposed for these services. If extended, selected firm(s) may adjust the initial rates as identified on the Fee Schedule for subsequent years.
