he City of Ann Arbor is planning to place new decals on its recycling dumpsters as part of its commercial recycling program. The City currently has 650 dumpsters that will need labeling. Most of these are in use throughout the city of Ann Arbor. Approximately 200 of them are in storage at the Wheeler Service Center at Stone School Road and Ellsworth.
