Summary of Specifications:
Demolition and Removal of Structures at 406 Maple Ridge and 3432 Platt, Ann Arbor (City-owned properties).

Work includes removal of all retaining walls, basement walls, foundations, footing, and like subsurface structural elements, together with all sidewalks, driveways and vegetation in the vicinity of the structures and the two locations. Work also includes sodding area where demolition was done and any other area that is disturbed in completing the work under this contract.
