Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm to provide professional site services for: “Design, Construction and Management Services for Demonstration Rain Gardens at Veteran’s Memorial Park and Huron Hills Golf Course – RFP 703”

The purposes of these rain gardens will be to raise awareness for the public about rain gardens and the new stormwater credits that are available for them. Both rain gardens are alongside high traffic roads.
