21-27 - Engineering Services State and Hill Streets Improvements Project

The City of Ann Arbor is seeking professional consulting engineering services to design, permit, and bid construction documents through the Michigan Department of Transportation’s (MDOT) Local Agency Program (LAP) process for the State and Hill Streets Improvements Project, defined as follows:
State Street
 Water main consolidation; S. University to Hill and Dewey to Granger
 Resurfacing; S. University to Packard and Hoover to Granger
 Separated two-way bike facility (see Treeline Trail plan)
 Crosswalk and lighting improvements, S. University to Granger
Hill Street
 Water main replacement; Fifth Ave. to State Street
 Resurfacing; Hill, Fifth Ave. to Church Street
 Safety improvements; Fifth Ave. to Forest Avenue
