The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm to provide all supervision, material, labor, equipment, service operations and expertise required to acquire, deliver, plant, maintain and guarantee for one year, street trees as specified herein. These specifications, including drawings, tree locations, and plant materials lists, apply to those items necessary for and incidental to the execution and completion of tree purchase, deliver, and planting.
